Thanksgiving and Christmas art class update

This is an updated version of thanksgiving and Christmas camps.
Students can come to one or more, their activities will not be repeated. Older students may work on regular class work or do the holiday themed activities.

Thanksgiving break camp $23 each class
Monday 11/24 10am-12:00 any age
1-3 pm any age
3-5pm any age
Tuesday 11/2 3:30-5:30 5th grade & up

Christmas break camp $23 each class
Monday 12/22 10am-12:00 any age
1-3 pm any age

Thanksgiving art class/camp schedule at Bein Gallery's Kids Art in Southlake Studio

Reserve your Thanksgiving holiday break art class. Class options are below, Come to one or all! We will be doing a variety of Holiday art projects and crafts. Older students may work on regular class projects instead of Christmas crafts if they prefer.

SPRING 2016 CLASS SCHEDULE

January 4-April 30

Pre-k -1st grade -

Monday 3:30-4:30
Friday 3:30pm-4:30pm
Art Fun- Class encourages creativity while developing small motor skills, listening skills, and gaining self esteem through a variety of activities and media including drawing, water color painting, tempera painting, finger painting, markers, crayons, play dough, printing, fabric, collage, construction, puzzles and art games. Class teaches colors, shapes, patterns, proper pencil and scissor handling.

Any Age-
Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm

Thursday 6:30-7:30pm

Saturday 4:00-5:00pm

Multi Media one-Students are challenged thru a wide variety of media as they learn the fundamentals of drawing, shading, value, perspective, design, composition and elementary color theory. Media include pencil, watercolor, watercolor pencil, charcoal, pastel, acrylic, clay, paper mache, carving, string art, glass painting, etc

K-6th Grade-
Monday 4:00pm-5:00pm

Tuesday 4:00pm-5:00pm

Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm, 4:00-5:30pm

Drawing & Painting- Older students concentrate on fundamentals of design, composition, perspective, shading, value, sighting & referencing, and color theory using pencil, charcoal, pastel, oil pastel, watercolor, watercolor pencil, and acrylic.

Students experiment with various media including pencil, pastel, charcoal, clay, paper mache, and carving. Fundamentals of design, shading, perspective, value, and color theory are covered using additional media of watercolor, watercolor pencil, and acrylic.

Supply Fee

1st-6th: $15 supply fee includes brushes, pencil, tortillion, water color paint, oil pastels, eraser, and sharpie that will be used only by them. It will be stored at the studio for only your student’s use and will only be charged again when replacements are needed. If used properly by your student they should last several sessions.

7th & up: $10 supply fee includes brushes, pencil, tortillion, eraser, and sharpie that will be used only by them. It will be stored at the studio for only your student’s use and will only be charged again when replacements are needed. If used properly by your student they should last several sessions.

3-5 yr olds and pre-k-1st: $10 supply fee includes brushes, pencil, eraser, oil pastels, watercolor paint and sharpie. It will be stored at the studio for only your student’s use and will only be charged again when replacements are needed. If used properly by your student they should last several sessions.

Tuition is due upon registration

1 hour weekly classes (16 per session)

4 payments $50 first month due at registration

1 payment $184 due upon registration

1 1/2 hour weekly classes (16 per session)

4 payments $74 first month due at registration

1 payment $272 due upon registration

Terms and Conditions:

If an absence is reported prior to class a make-up class can be scheduled during another regularly scheduled class during that session. Your make up class must be scheduled ahead to ensure there is enough space for your child and that the scheduled class is not disrupted by accommodating your student. If your child’s schedule changes, contact the Bein Gallery Art School/Kids’ Art in Southlake as soon as you are aware of the conflict. If we are unable to reschedule your child into another class the balance of tuition will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Refund Policy: Payment of tuition guarantees your student a class. Tuition will only be refunded with a three week notice.
